Currency: Mickus Projects offers prices in U.S. dollars, which applies to all sales.

Lead Times: All lead times correspond to the published lead times on the Mickus Projects product page. The lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Custom projects require 12 weeks or more for completion. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.

Shipping Charges: All Mickus Projects products come with free shipping anywhere within the United States. Ground parcel service or ground freight sevice is used, depending on package size and weight. Please inquire for shipping rates outside the US.

Custom Orders: All custom orders need to be placed by contacting Roll & Hill. Custom orders require a minimum of 16 weeks for production.

Photography: All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product, and not all colors, materials and finish options have been photographed.

Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 5 business days of confirmation of order. Cancellations of a custom order must be made within 2 business days of confirmation of order. No cancellations will be accepted after the above grace periods.

Returns: All Mickus Projects items are custom and built to order, so returns are not generally accepted unless the product received is defective. Please notify Mickus Projects within 7 days of receipt of the item to discuss any problems which may require it to be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. There are no returns accepted on sale, clearance or discontinued products or custom orders. These items are considered final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty: Mickus Projects will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser directly from Mickus Projects. Mickus Projects warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for three years after date of purchase. Mickus Projects reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make claim to Mickus Projects within 10 business days of occurrence. Mickus Projects, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.

Damages: All damage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

Storage: Customers will receive notification as to the date of order completion. If shipment is not made within 30 days of the completion date due to lack of payment or customer request, Mickus Projects reserves the right to transfer the merchandise to storage. Customer bears the risk of loss or damage and all costs incurred by such transfer and storage. In addition, Mickus Projects l may charge a monthly storage fee equal to the greater of 3% of the order amount or $100. If shipment is not made within 120 days, Roll & Hill reserves the right to reallocate the product and cancel the order.
